The 16-acre Hickory Springs Farm cat and dog kennel, which has been run by the same family since 1962, is located just outside Phoenixville in the picturesque rolling hills of northern Chester County, Pennsylvania. The kennels have been managed by Hartley and Barbara Connett for three decades. Their son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Allison Connett, are also deeply involved in the business.
To provide your pet with the best care possible while they are away from home, they have invested their love of animals into the company.
You can be guaranteed that an owner or kennel manager is on duty constantly because the kennel serves as their home. They check the kennel between 8 and 10 p.m. every night to make sure all the dogs and cats are secure.
